All the classes at Motion offer a full body workout and are designed to develop strength endurance and stress your energy systems.
This in turn will make you feel the best you can in a safe, fun and welcoming environment. We utilise multiple training systems to develop different training thresholds.
Community
We pride ourselves on the community we have built at Motion and this is one of the most important aspects of our facility. The people in our community encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals and help you push that little bit more.
