WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterised by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals.
The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
OUR CLASSES
Strength & Conditioning
All of our scheduled classes utilise CrossFit programming developed by CrossFit Mayhem and 10-time CrossFit Games champion (4 individual & 6 team), Rich Froning.
Open Gym
We have open gym 3 times per week available for our members to utilise the space at their leisure. Whether you've missed a workout, want to work on your lifts, technical skills or some rehab and recovery - this time is yours to use.
Super Saturdays
These are usually long, chipper style workouts and often completed with a partner - so they're perfect for you to bring a friend along.

PROGRAMMING
Our programs are programmed by 10-time CrossFit Games champion (4 individual & 6 team), Rich Froning and the Mayhem Athlete Team. No other entity within the CrossFit or fitness community has seen the level of success as CrossFit Mayhem. A large part of this is because of the unparalleled programming that exists within the community.

Along with the base CrossFit programming, our members also have access to additional programs that can be accessed and utilised anywhere via the Wodify app.
Bodybuilding
6 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
Mayhem Bodybuilding is a stand alone hypertrophy-focused program. Sessions are not done “for time”. Instead, the goal is to perform each set with quality and control, unless otherwise stated.
Endurance
2 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
This no barbell, bootcamp-style programming offers lots of sweat, hard work and fun.
Spin
1 WORKOUT PER WEEK
Spin programming includes interval-style training on the BikeErg. These non-stop sweat workouts are for those who want a break from the lifting and stress of other programming. Climb on the bike and grind. You can also change it up and use an Assault bike, rower, or SkiErg.
Burgener Strength
3 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
Burgener Strength focuses on improving athletes' strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Each day includes a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work, classic strength training, core, and accessory pieces.
Running
2 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
Because every affiliate has a group of runners, our running program offers interval, aerobic, and anaerobic style running workouts.
BOOK CLASSES & TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Members use the Wodify app at Motion to check workouts, book classes & track their progress to ensure they're hitting their goals.
